Access Your Fall Schedule On Aeries



Happy Saturday! All students are now able to access their 20/21 school schedules on Aeries. You will want to start this schedule on Monday morning at 8:20 am. To access your schedule, log on to your Aeries account. Remember all students are starting school on Monday, September 14th via Distance Learning. There are no in person classes until San Bernardino County meets the state requirements. To understand these requirements, read our blog topic from August 29. CLICK HERE.

 

HIGH SCHOOL GRADES 9, 10, 11, AND 12 - To find out where to log in on Monday morning for your specific Zoom classrooms, High school can start accessing their Zoom ID meeting at 7:45 am. Log on to Zoom 921 3849 9444 passcode: GOPIRATES! to access the ID numbers for your classes. Once you have all of the Zoom IDs, then you can log in to your first period class at 8:20 am.

 

JUNIOR HIGH GRADES 7, 8 - Your school day will start at 8:20 am by logging in to the junior high Zoom meeting. Zoom ID 964 6042 6337 passcode GOPIRATES!

 

SCHEDULE FIXES - If there are issues with your schedule, it is OK. Simply fill out the counseling request form and the counseling department will work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please continue to go to the class on your schedule so you do not miss any key instructional minutes. CLICK HERE FOR COUNSELING REQUEST FORM.

 

BELL SCHEDULE REMINDER - On Monday, we will be sending out instructions on how to be reminded when your next class is starting on your cell phone so you don't miss a class. Stay tuned!

 

JUNIOR HIGH - You will meet with all of your junior high classes every day, Monday through Thursday. Your teachers will meet on Zoom with you for about 25 minutes. Once the teacher has completed the lesson for the day, you can log off and continue your work. Teachers will release the class and stay online to answer any individual questions with the students after the class has been released. Tutoring from 7:45 - 8:15 am Tuesday through Friday will start on September 21 for academic classes. Period 1: 8:20 am Period 2: 9:16 am Period 3: 10:05 am LUNCH Period 4: 11:25 am Period 5: 12:10 pm Period 6: 12:58 pm Period 7: 1:45 pm Period 8: 2:31 pm End of school day is 3:19 pm FRIDAYS Period 0: (Academic Testing) 8:30 - 11:20 am Period 9: (Arts Project Based Learning) 12:15 - 3:19 pm If you miss a real time class, you can make it up by logging in to your teacher's Google classroom. Make sure you fill out the attendance form on the website every day to account for your attendance. CLICK HERE. You only need to fill out this form once a day.

Your teachers will meet on Zoom with you for about 30 minutes. Once the teacher has completed the lesson for the day, you can log off and continue to your work. TEXT AND PHONE UPDATES - Encore's ASB President and Encore's Dean of Students/COO (Mr. Johnny Griffin) will start sending weekly Text and Phone updates next week. To join the group, text the word JOIN to our toll-free number 888-414-0357. This is where school closures for reasons like "snow day" will be shared first.

If you missed Device Pick Up Day or did not pick up your novels for class, please fill out the contact form on the website in the bottom margin and Encore's front desk receptionist will be able to support you in getting the materials that you need.
