Create a New Account on Aeries

School started yesterday!

Congratulations on making it through the first day of school with computer glitches and appearing live on screen. We know that this school year is going to be very different than in past years and we appreciate all of the patience and help that was given yesterday as we worked through the Aeries glitch.

Today, if you are a junior high student that still does not have a schedule as a result of the Aeries glitch, please fill out the contact form in the bottom margin of the website and we will build one and send it to you in the chat with the form response. We apologize for the delay.

Most of you were able to work through the Aeries glitch that reset everyone's password. However, if you need to create a new account on aeries, here is how you do it.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO CREATE A NEW AERIES ACCOUNT:

1. Go to Encorehighschool.com and click on parents/student.

2. Click on links

3. Choose the Aeries link

4. When you get to Aeries, click on the parent/student icon

5. You will select the 'create an account'

6. enter your email address twice

7. Enter your desired password twice

8. You will need to go to the email address that you used and the email that you are looking for will be from "Donotreply@encorehighschool.com"

9. Confirm that the email address is correct

10. At the bottom of that email will be a code to put in the email code

11. The next step you will need the information from the parent portal letter

12. When you are done entering the information from the letter, it will ask if you want to add another student. If you have more students to add, you will do so then. If not, you can proceed to your student's account.

13. There are tabs at the top of the page. Hover over the tabs and the drop down boxes will help you navigate the pages to what you are looking for.
