Encore is COVID-19 Precautionary

I know that it has been NINE MONTHS since all of this started. No matter where your comfort level is with the progress of COVID-19, Encore has implemented very stringent rules to make sure that everyone is doing all they can to respect the safety and health of their coworkers and everyone around us. It is critical that no one gets COVID fatigue when it comes to Encore and work. Even though students are not on campus other than for specific purposes, all of our staff remains vigilante in stopping the spread of Coronavirus.
Make sure that you are following the guidelines before you come to campus:
STAY HOME if you are not feeling well.
STAY HOME if you may have been exposed to COVID
Notify Curtis Peterson, RIsk Manager cpeterson@encorehighschool.com if you have ANY SYMPTOMS that could be COVID related or if you have been exposed and you have been on campus.
If you have ANY SYMPTOMS, you need to get a COVID test and get a negative result before returning to campus.
If you have been at a large gathering or have the left the state, get a COVID test after to make sure we can minimize exposure.
Make sure that you are following the guidelines when you come to work:
Enter ONLY through the A Building front door, wash and sanitize your hands, take your temperature.
Wear a mask
Social Distance
Sanitize your workspace daily
Make sure that you are following the guidelines regarding COVID testing:
At minimum, every staff member is required to get a COVID test every 8 weeks.
If a possible exposure arises, you will be sent to get additional tests.
When staff gets the COVID test, they must notify risk management to let him know that they have taken the test.
When the results come back, they must notify risk management to let him know that you have received results.
Do not come on campus if you have COVID.
