Encore's Enrollment Process is now Digital!

If you know someone that wants to experience a place where the students come first and the teachers are really giving it their 110%, Encore is still taking enrollment for the first day of school on September 14.

In a world and year full of changes, Encore High has taken this time to update our operation and rethink how procedures are done in a variety of departments. When the world requires people to stay home as much as possible, it is important for organizations like Encore to look at the technological updates that can be implemented to make it easier for families to participate.

We released Encore's digital enrollment platform just under a month ago on Encore's website. This means that people can now enroll at Encore from the comfort of their own home. With this innovation, the enrollment form is now offered in Spanish as well.

We have partnered with Schola to bring the enrollment process into the digital age. You can enroll without talking to someone OR you can request to have a phone call to be able to walk through the process with someone helping you along the way. It is no longer required to come to an interest meeting to enroll in the school and preconservatory classes.

We are still offering virtual interest meetings about every ten days (the next one is on September 9th at 5:00 pm). You can also visit Encore's office in person to get enrollment information Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Through Covid, we are implementing four programs to choose for fall enrollment including: Traditional on campus school, hybrid school, full time independent study, and COVID IS that gives class in real time daily until the families are ready to return to school. Encore's first day of school is on September 14 and we will be watching to reopen school according to every family's choice as soon as is allowed. On September 14th, our students will start school on distance learning either in real-time, recorded, or on complete homeschool/independent study until the state allows guided reopening.
