Inventor's Competition

Every year, Encore has an inventor's competition to help our young scientists and entrepreneurs use their imagination. This year, we are holding the competition during second semester due to COVID-19. Get your thinking caps ready!

The mission of the Inventor's Competition is to get Encore students to think critically about how to make the world a better place.

The competition is open to all Encore students and is separated into two divisions: Middle School and HIgh School . WINNERS WILL RECEIVE AMAZON GIFT CARDS!

There are two ways to build the project, you can either build a working prototype of your invention OR you can build a non-working model of your invention. Then, you will create a 3-5 minute presentation to showcase the idea.

Submissions are due on March 12th. Voting will take place between March 15 and 18.

If you have questions, please reach out to Ms. Jordan Leverette jleverette@encorehighschool.com for more informaiton.

There was a complete email on how to build and present your project sent on Friday of last week. If you did not get this email, please contact Ms. Jordan.

Have fun and think critically.

Thank you for your ongoing support of smart pirates in the high desert.
