As we are now on top of our one year anniversary of the 14 days stay at home order, I wanted to take a minute to remind EVERYONE of what the expectations are for school to make sure that everyone is getting the help that they need. This bell schedule is for HIGH SCHOOL. I will be sharing junior high school bell schedule tomorrow. Please make sure that you are finishing strong by working to meet the expectations of Encore's attendance policies during COVID-19.
This is the current bell schedule that Encore High School grades 9 - 12 is operating. After school activities start at 3:30 and last as late as 6:30 pm.
Due to COVID-19 limitations from the state of California, students will be using synchronous and asynchronous learning methods until the school can reopen for in person instruction. Encore is hoping for a limited return to in-person instruction during the month of April (Subject to county limitations).
High school students must log in to their classes via Zoom at the beginning of each class period. If there are technical issues, you can also watch the class asynchronously by going to the teacher's Google classroom to get the work to complete.
GENERAL SCHEDULING RULES FOR HIGH SCHOOL
Students will be able to access their teacher and their classes using Google classroom.
Students are able to see their schedules using their Aeries portal. If you do not have access to your Aeries portal, you can request login information through helpdesk@encorehighschool.com
Students are expected to attend the live sessions for every class. Students that do not attend class will be marked absent in accordance with Encore's attendance policies.
Students are expected to complete all assignments and students will receive grades in all classes.
If you do not get an elective that you requested, it is likely that your requested class is full or does not fit in your schedule. Instead, you were given another available class.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Make sure that you are keeping up to date with school, ESG, and teacher emails to make sure that you do not miss any special events.
There are a limited number of master classes currently happening outside and on remotely based on the approvals of the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health. EHS does not make the decisions of what can and cannot happen in person.
