Phone Maintenance Next Week

For the week of October 4 - 10, 2020: Encore's offices will be undergoing maintenance and repairs to the office phone lines. In a recent test of the office phone system that stemmed from a parent concern, we found that some of the functions of the office phone lines are not working for after hours phone calls. Our staff will be working through this maintenance this week. This should not affect your ability to call in to the school during office hours, but you may experience some delays with messages that are left outside of office hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
