Encore students of ALL skill levels are encouraged to apply for FREE. Much more than a competition, Spotlight is a scholarship and arts training program, which empowers students by emphasizing preparation, courage, critical thinking, and perseverance while providing an invaluable opportunity for students to hone their skills! $100,000 in cash scholarships are awarded each year to students. Personalized feedback, mastery classes with world-renowned artists, performing arts workshops, and more!

Categories: acting, ballet, dance, classical instrumental, jazz instrumental, classical voice, and non-classical voice.

This message is for our students to join Ms. Jeri Gayle of the Music Centre Spotlight Awards in a special master class on how to apply for this scholarship award. This is a MUST SEE if you are planning to submit a scholarship application. It is free to apply, so everyone should do it.


The Music Center's Spotlight Awards are very prestigious and have been host to many very famous young people over the years. Encore has had quite a few semi-finalists in dance and vocals, but have yet to secure the scholarship. Maybe the one to break into the first scholarship will be you!


On Friday, log in to find out about the scholarship application process and how to apply with your works. The scholarship entry deadline is the 16th.
