Student Event Recap


This has been a very busy week for Encore. Even though we are socially distanced, our Encore family is trying hard to make the difference with special events that we would normally do, but in the COVID compliant way.


TODAY IS THE JUNIOR HIGH VIRTUAL HALLOWEEN DANCE - If you are grades 7 or 8, you should come to the virtual dance today after school by logging into Twitch. They have some great video game twists planned for the event, so be a part of the festivities by going to twitch.tv and going to Encore High School's channel. It should be a lot of fun.


HALL-O-FREAK DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE - Starts on Tuesday. This is Encore's replacement to our legendary Carnival every year. Come and drive through the haunted experience by the carload and support the school. Tickets are sold by the carload and tickets are required.


POETRY SLAM - Entries for Encore's annual poetry slam are now being accepted by Ms. Jordan Leverette jleverette@encorehighschool.com through November 2. You could have a chance to be featured on our Poetry Slam Show in November.


TEAMS - Tryouts have completed for teams and many teams have started virtual after school practices. We will be having activities for these teams soon, keep practicing.
